Website visits

The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. To display and secure the pages, Vercel processes technical data including your IP address, the date and time of your visit, and browser information. This data may appear in its technical logs. See Vercel’s privacy notice for processing for which Vercel is itself responsible.

Sanity supplies the website’s editorial content and some images. To receive content updates, your browser also connects to Sanity’s API when you visit a page. Sanity then receives technical data associated with that connection, including your IP address.

Email enquiries

The website form prepares a message in your email app. The website does not submit the form to a server or store its contents in a database. If you send the message, NEVAD, Infomaniak, which hosts NEVAD’s mailbox in Switzerland, and the email providers needed to deliver it process your name, contact details and message to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, arrange care. Even a brief physiotherapy enquiry may reveal information about your health.

Please do not enter detailed health information in the form or attach a prescription or other medical documents to your initial email enquiry. We will agree on a suitable way to send them.

Recipients and retention

Messages can be accessed by NEVAD staff handling your enquiry and by the email providers needed to deliver and store them. Enquiries and replies are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and any follow-up, subject to applicable retention duties.

If care begins, the patient record is handled and retained under separate rules.

External services and processing abroad

The Google Maps map on the homepage and Contact page loads only if you choose to view it. Google then receives technical data such as your IP address and may use its own cookies or similar technologies. Google may process this data in different countries, including the United States.

Vercel states that its primary processing facilities are in the United States. Sanity processes website content and technical data associated with its API; its infrastructure includes Belgium and the United States. NEVAD’s mailbox is hosted by Infomaniak in Switzerland; the sender’s email provider may process the message in other countries.
